nc_arcfit - GCode arc fitting
Recover G2/G3 arcs from line segments with tolerance.
Note: This tool will behave eratically if the input gcode uses cutter compensation. The re-written G2/G3 arcs will be output with cutter comp applied, while the remaining gcode is unmodified.
